When it comes to Winter we definitely gain a serious obsession with jumpers. Some may call it a problem, but we think a strong jumper collection for the Winter is more than worth having. Especially when our chilly Winter weather ends up carrying over halfway into the next year - ok, slight exaggeration BUT it's what it feels like!
You can probably tell that we're not always ones for subtlety. We love Christmas and we're not afraid to show it! Unfortunately, you can't wear garish christmas jumpers all throughout Winter. So we have put together what we are calling our 'festive but not TOO festive' jumper edit. A collection of sequin jumpers that give a nod to the festive season but not shout it from the rooftops. So grab one of these sequin jumpers and you too can be glistening under the fairy lights.
Jumper - Marks and Spencers
Earrings - H&M
Lipstick - Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Lips
This jumper is definitely one that I will be wearing over and over again this Winter. It's soft and cosy but still thin enough to be able to tuck into jeans or even a midi skirt. I absolutely love the shiny sequin stars and moon, and love that it makes the jumper festive but not too festive. AND one of the best things about this jumper is that the sequins are reversible - yes, you read that right! The colourful stars and moon can all turn silver in a swipe of the hand. Meaning it's basically two jumpers in one and it can be paired with pretty much anything!
Jumper -Topshop
Jeans - M&S
Bag, belt and Boots - River Island
I'm not going to lie, I'm slightly upset that I bought this just before the Black Friday sales when it went on sale for 50% off!! Although I really only have myself to blame, shopping just before Black Friday was always going to be risky. But great news for you guys, it is still in the sale! So get over there now if you like it!
I absolutely love the colours in this jumper, the blue is so gorgeous, especially the sparkly lurex cuffs and collar. The sequins really give it that extra sparkle, and make it such a 'wow' jumper which I am loving. Its not exactly a subtle jumper, but its not too Christmassy so I love that I don't have to wear it exclusively at Christmas! I'm definitely still going to be getting my moneys worth come January.

If the thought of putting on some festive knitwear this Christmas Jumper Day doesn't fill you with joy, then you definitely need to give these jumpers a try. With the help of these jumpers, Christmas can actually be stylish and chic and less about wrapping paper-esque prints and eye-roll worthy Christmas slogans. We chose 5 sequin jumpers because if you can't wear sparkles at Christmas then when can you?!
The River Island jumper gives us serious cosy vibes and we just love whites at Winter especially with the addition of shiny silver stars. The zig zag jumper from Next is subtly festive and definitely a jumper for all you black clothing lovers out there. At the very top of our wishlists is this Topshop sequin yoke jumper. It's a cropped shape which is perfect for high-waisted skirts and jeans. You will definitely be sparkling in style with this jumper. If you're a lover of rainbows and sparkles then the New Look jumper is for you! It does look like a pot of rainbow sequins has just been poured over your head (AMAZING!), but there are no Christmas trees or santa hats in sight - see? festive but not too festive. We love love love this Zara jumper. This jumper definitely makes a statement with this gorgeous pattern and abundance of sequins. The colour of the sequins means it's not just for Christmas, so why not wear this after Christmas has been and gone to brighten up those gloomy January days?
