Hello everybody, how were your weekends?
Wasn't Saturday such a lovely day?! For the first time in a while it really felt like spring was on its way. Imogen didn't even wear a coat - crazy. We spent the day in our favourite way, eating, drinking and exploring new areas of London, with no real plan: except doughnuts!
You may or may not have seen that a new Doughnut time store has opened in Notting Hill. If you haven't, get yourself down there immediately because these are some of the best doughnuts we have ever eaten! We chose the Notorious P.I.G (amazing name) and The Talk of China Town. We would very highly recommend the Percy Pig one, it had a divine strawberry icing and buttercream. We could have eaten every single flavour, but we have given ourselves a challenge of giving up chocolate for lent. This just means we are 100% going back to try the rest though - there's a flippin' mini Nutella jar on one, how could we not?!
We ended up at Paddington and wandered down the canal to little Venice. It's so lovely to see these super beautiful, peaceful areas hidden inside central London. We found ourselves sat outside by the water, glass of wine in hand enjoying the last rays of sun at The Waterway. It was a perfect weekend day, which needed a cosy but stylish outfit...

Another unintentional head to toe RI look - I'm genuinely sorry!
This was such a perfect Saturday wandering outfit! The jumper is so so cosy and thick, but still absolutely gorgeous with the pearls and stitches. It was the perfect weight for Saturday, meaning I didn't even wear a coat which felt amazing - please hurry up spring and bring the warmer weather with you! I paired it with my usual high-waisted black Harper jeans but this time rolled up the bottom to show a tiny bit of ankle, and popped on some heeled black boots. A super casual look with a bit of street luxe.

I am loving how huge and slouchy this embellished jumper is. It's the kind of sweatshirt fabric that is super soft on the inside and so nice to just chuck on for a casual outfit. It's quite short, but just the perfect length to tuck into my jeans at the front and show off this amazing red belt from River Island. It's such a bright red and in a fab shiny, patent crocodile look PU, which incidentally, matches my doughnut perfectly. What better accessory could you want than a doughnut?
Thank you so so much for reading this post!
